With over 23 years of extensive experience in the Banking, Finance, Real Estate sectors and Solar Power industry, my career has been characterized by a commitment to strategic leadership and operational excellence. Currently, I am working as Business Consultant / CEO at E – Zone Group ( E – Zone Green Energy / E – Zone Investment / E – Tech Lanka Engineering ) , In addition Engaging as a Director at H R & Marketing Solutions (Pvt)Ltd.My role involves helping these organizations enhance their operational effectiveness, drive growth, and achieve their business objectives.
Previously, I held significant positions including General Manager, Deputy General Manager and Head of Operation & Business Development at WAS Group of Companies, where I led strategic initiatives and managed key business functions to foster growth and innovation. My extensive career also includes roles as Regional Manager and Area Manager at Nation Lanka Finance PLC, and leadership positions at Fintrex Finance Ltd, Vallibel Finance, AMW Capital Leasing & Finance PLC, Union Assurance PLC, SDB Bank, and S.B. Rodrigues & Company. These roles have provided me with a deep expertise in strategic planning, team leadership, business development, and risk management.
In addition to my consultancy work, I contribute to the academic field as the Main Resource Personnel of Path to Success workshop for the all Diploma Students at SDTI Kurunegala Campus, E Tech Lanka Engineering (Pvt) Ltd and workshops organised by H R & Marketing Solutions (Pvt) Ltd.This role allows me to leverage my industry experience to enrich the learning experience for students, providing practical insights and supporting the development of future business leaders. My educational background includes an MBA with Merit from Cardiff Metropolitan University, UK, along with certifications in Credit Management and financial regulations, reflecting a strong commitment to continuous professional growth and delivering impactful results in dynamic business environments.
